We believe in No-BS pricing. The massive corporate builders charge a 15-20% premium just for their brand name. Because we run a lean, local crew out of McCool Junction, we can provide the exact same high-quality steel and concrete for less money.
We don't guess on our bids. We calculate the exact yardage of concrete and price the B&C Steel down to the bolt so there are no hidden surprises halfway through the job.
Our payment structure is completely transparent and tied to our progress on your site:
50% Deposit: Secures your spot on our calendar and orders your materials.
40% Progress Payment: Due only when your heavy-duty concrete foundation is successfully poured.
10% Final Payment: Due upon final walkthrough and project completion.
